Frequently asked questions

Can the bot pull live order status from my store?

Yes — the HTTP Request block can call your store's API (Shopify, WooCommerce, or your own backend) with the customer's order ID and use the response in the reply message.

Can customers browse products inside WhatsApp?

Yes. The Mini Catalog block lists products with prices as a numbered menu, Product Cards show one item with description and link, and Product Search matches free-text keywords to your catalog.

Does FlowBot support COD and payment links?

You can build both: collect address and confirm for cash on delivery, or send a Payment Link block with your UPI/Razorpay/Stripe URL for prepaid orders.

How is this different from WhatsApp Business catalog?
