A free Zixflow alternative for WhatsApp bots
Drag & drop builder, live simulator, your own provider — and you keep the full code.
Zixflow bundles a CRM, outreach campaigns and WhatsApp automation into one per-seat subscription. That's a lot of surface area — and a lot of pricing — if what you actually need is the WhatsApp bot. FlowBot does the bot part free, and you keep the code.

Do you need the CRM, or the bot?
Zixflow's pitch is the full stack: contacts in kanban views, SMS + email + WhatsApp sequences, a unified inbox. If your team will genuinely work out of that CRM, it can earn its seats. But the bot layer — menus, FAQs, lead capture, bookings — doesn't need a subscription. FlowBot builds it as a flowchart, runs it on your own provider account, and its HTTP Request block can push every captured lead into whatever CRM you already use.
Where FlowBot is not the answer
FlowBot is a free builder for the bot itself. It includes a live inbox with human takeover, per-block funnel analytics and simple broadcasts — but not a multi-agent team inbox with assignment rules, a full campaign manager, or official Business Solution Provider (BSP) onboarding and support. You bring your own WhatsApp provider (Meta Cloud API, Twilio, Green API or Whapi.cloud). If you specifically need an all-in-one managed platform with agent teams, campaign tooling and hand-holding, a paid provider can be worth the money. If you want to build and own the bot logic for free, that's exactly what FlowBot is for.
If an all-in-one CRM with outreach sequences is what your sales team runs on, Zixflow is a fair pick. For the WhatsApp bot itself — free and exportable — use FlowBot.

Frequently asked questions
Is FlowBot cheaper than Zixflow?
FlowBot's builder is free with no per-seat pricing; you pay only your WhatsApp provider's message costs. Zixflow is a paid subscription with additional per-user fees, because it bundles a CRM and multi-channel outreach.
Can FlowBot send my leads to a CRM like Zixflow does?
Yes — FlowBot's Collect blocks save answers as variables, and the HTTP Request block can post them to any CRM or webhook (HubSpot, Zoho, Google Sheets via API, or Zixflow itself). You're not locked to one stack.
Can I export my bot from FlowBot?
Yes — one click downloads the complete bot as a standalone Node.js + Express project. That's the structural difference: with any managed platform, the automation stays in their cloud.
